A non-refundable deposit of £60 per week of your gite holiday is payable at time of booking, the full balance of the total price of the holiday being due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure date, then full payment is due immediately. Up to 3 dogs can stay FOC, a small charge will be made for a 4th dog in the same gite.

Travel is not included in the above rates!

Don't forget dogs are welcome to let well behaved owners share their holiday accommodation, but will need a Pet Passport*. We will arrange your pre-departure vet appoinment with our vet, who speaks English, if necessary and is fully conversant with the procedure. We would advise you to bring your own wormer and flea/tick products with you for this mandatory visit. In 2010 we negotiated a special deal with our vets - in view of the large amount of custom we bring them. Guests providing their own products were charged just 26 euros for the pre-departure vet consultation in 2011 - even if they had more than one dog! We cannot 100% guarantee this offer as it is down to the goodwill of our vets - however, we expect them to continue this (barring the sale of their business or other unforseen circumstances).

PLEASE NOTE THE PET PASSPORT RULES HAVE CHANGED! From 1st January 2012 the blood test is no longer required and the waiting period is reduced to 21 days. There will no longer be a requirement for flea/tick and the requirement for worming is relaxed to between 1 and 5 days of returning to the UK (we will arrange that for you if you wish)..... MAKING IT CHEAPER AND EASIER TO BRING YOUR BEST FRIENDS ON HOLIDAY TO FRANCE!

If you are holidaying without dogs - that's fine too! Non-dog owning guests have regularly commented upon the cleanliness of the accommodation and we pride ourselves upon this.
